The Modan Industrial Energy-Saving Air Conditioner is an innovative, high-efficiency, energy-saving air conditioner. It combines water cooling, air cooling, evaporative cooling, and compressor operation. Firstly, the external unit employs wet pad evaporative condensation technology to cool the circulating water, reducing the high-temperature water after absorbing heat to room temperature. Then, it flows through the heat exchanger of the internal unit (at this point, the compressor has already been working, compressing the refrigerant into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas state), and carries away the heat of the high-temperature gaseous refrigerant, forming a room-temperature liquid refrigerant. After throttling through an expansion valve, it becomes a low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant and flows into the evaporator of the internal unit. After sufficient heat exchange with the indoor hot air, it blows out cold air at low temperature. The heat exchanger exchanges heat to produce hot water, which is then pumped under pressure to the water separator of the outdoor unit and flows to the wet pad. Based on the principle of air cooling + wet pad evaporation, the heat is evaporated, and the high-temperature water becomes room-temperature water. It then flows through the heat exchanger of the internal unit, repeating the cycle to maximize the energy efficiency ratio, thereby reducing energy consumption and achieving high-efficiency, low-carbon, and energy-saving effects.
The Modan Industrial energy-saving air conditioning system connects the indoor unit and outdoor unit through two PVC water pipes for heat exchange, which is easy to install and cost-effective, while also facilitating future maintenance. The indoor unit of the air conditioner is placed on the ground to directly cool the area requiring cooling. It adopts an axial fan with louvered air outlet, which can adjust the airflow direction up and down, left and right, providing even and gentle airflow. It is suitable for overall cooling in spacious areas.
