The Modan Industrial Energy-Saving Air Conditioner is an innovative, high-efficiency, and energy-saving air conditioner. It combines water cooling, air cooling, evaporative cooling, and a compressor. Firstly, the external unit employs wet pad evaporative condensation technology to cool the circulating water, reducing the high-temperature water after absorbing heat to room temperature. Then, it flows through the heat exchanger of the internal unit (at this point, the compressor has already been working, compressing the refrigerant into a high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous state), and carries away the heat of the high-temperature gaseous refrigerant, forming a room temperature liquid refrigerant. After throttling through an expansion valve, it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant, flows into the evaporator of the internal unit, and exchanges heat with the hot indoor air, blowing out cold air at low temperature. The heat exchanger exchanges heat to produce hot water, which is then delivered to the water separator of the outdoor unit under the pressure of a water pump and flows to the wet pad. Based on the principle of air cooling + wet pad evaporation, the heat is evaporated, the high-temperature water becomes room temperature water, and then flows through the heat exchanger of the internal unit. This cycle of work maximizes the energy efficiency ratio, thereby reducing energy consumption and achieving high efficiency, low carbon, and energy-saving effects.
The internal and external units of the Modan Industrial Energy saving Air Conditioner are connected for heat exchange through two PVC water pipes, making installation simple, cost-effective, and easy to maintain in the future. The indoor unit of the air conditioner is hung on the roof or side wall, and air outlets are opened through ventilation ducts to deliver cold air to each position or required area; Adopting centrifugal fan exhaust method, the wind speed is strong and faster. The air supply distance of a single air duct can reach 30-80m (different models have different air supply distances), and 10-30 air outlets can be set up, suitable for overall cooling of large spaces or cooling of positions, as well as cooling of designated positions in high-temperature workshops.
